Academic :

General :
The IELTS General Training test is for those who are going to English speaking countries for secondary education, work or training programs. The test focuses on basic survival skills in broad social and workplace contexts.
What is the difference between IELTS Academic and General Tests?
The IELTS Academic test determines whether you are proficient enough to train and study in an English speaking country.
The IELTS General test determines your whether your English proficiency is ideal for practical, workplace and social situations.
